Food, Values, and the Omnivore's Dilemma

Earlier in the week I put up this post for the Call to Action Young Adult Catholics' blog.

I've been reading The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan, and it's got me thinking about what kinds of things we regard as sacred, and just how seriously we take our values when the world seems to be pushing against them.

I'd be curious to know what others think about this.
